【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoequipmentusedforsamplingandcontinuousmeasurementofradioactivenoblegasesintheworkplace,ingaseouseffluentsdischargedintotheenvironmentaswellasintheenvironmentitself．Monitoringbydefinitionistheprocessofcontinuousandreal-timemeasurement．Theprocessesofsamplingortakingsamplesforretrospectivelaboratoryanalysisareincludedinthisstandard．Theobjectofthisstandardistoestablishmandatorygeneralrequirementsandtopresentexamplesofacceptablemethodsandequipmentforsamplingandmonitoringradioactivenoblegases．CurrentstandardIEC60761-3whichiscomplementedbythisstandard,isapplicabletoinstallingportableandtransportableequipmentforsamplingandmonitoringradioactivenoblegases,ONLYINGASEOUSEFFLUENTS,whilethisstandardexpandscoveragetoincludemonitoringallpossiblelocationswhereradioactivenoblegasescouldpresentaradiologicalhazard．Theequipmentisdesignedtobeoperationalduringnormaloperationconditionsaswellasunderemergencyconditions,bothduringandfollowinganaccident．Dependingonthenatureoftheemergencyconditionsitmaybenecessarytoinstallspeciallydesignedequipmentfornormaloperationalconditionsandotherequipmentforemergencyconditions．Thisstandardisapplicabletoradioactivenoblegassamplersandmonitorsintendedtoprovidethefollowingfunctions：—·Themeasurementofthevolumetricactivityofradioactivenoblegasesandtheirvariationwithtimeintheworkplace,ingaseouseffluentsatthedischargepointandintheenvironment．一Themeasurementsperformedduringnormaloperationalconditionsaswellasunderemergencyconditionsduringandafteranaccidentalrelease．一Theactuationofanalarmwhenapredeterminedvolumetricactivity,orconcentration,orapredeterminedtotalofreleasedradioactivityisexceeded．—-Thedeterminationofthetotalgaseousactivitydischargedoveragiventimeand/ortoprovideinformationonthecompositionofamixtureofdifferentgasesreleased—Thesamplingandretrospectiveanalysisofairorgascontainingnoblegas．Radon,withisotopes219Rn,220Rn,and222Rn,isanaturallyoccurringradioactivenoblegaswhosemeasurementsareNOTconsideredinthisstandard．Thepresenceofradonanditsprogenymaysignificantlyinterferewiththepropermeasurementofthenoblegasesofconcerninthisstandard．Thisstandardspecifiesthegeneralcharacteristics,generaltestingprocedures,mechanical,electricalandelectronic,radiological,safetyandenvironmentalcharacteristics,andtheproperidentificationandcertificationoftheequipment．Ifthisequipmentispartofacentralizedsystemforcontinuousradiationmonitoringinanuclearfacility,theremaybeadditionalrequirementsfromotherstandardsrelatedtothosesystems．
