【摘要】:Thereareexistinglime-basedfluegasdesulfurizationunitsinoperationthatrequireamethodtomeasuretheoxidesavailableforsulfurdioxideabsorption.Dissolvedmagnesiumoxidevariesamonglimesdependingonthelimestonesourcesandcalcinationconditions.1.1Thistestmethodcoversanalysisofmagnesian,dolomiticandhigh-calciumlimesfortotalneutralizingcapabilityanddissolvedmajoroxides.Dissolvedcalciumandmagnesiumarethemajorspeciesthatneutralizeacidundertheconditionsofthetest.1.2Thetestconditionsarechosentomeasuretheacid-neutralizingcapacityofbothcalciumhydroxideandmagnesiumhydroxidecontainedinslakedlime.BycontrollingtheneutralizationpHat6,magnesiumhydroxideandmagnesiumoxidearetitratedinadditiontocalciumhydroxidefraction.1.3ThistestmethodalsodeterminesthefractionofMgionspresentinthelimethatwilldissolveunderlimefluegasdesulfurization(FGD)conditions.BecausetheMg++ionaltersFGDperformance,itisimportanttoknowitsconcentration.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisPart2ofIEC60825providesrequirementsandspecificguidanceforthesafeoperationandmaintenanceofopticalfibrecommunicationsystems(OFCS).Inthesesystemsopticalpowermaybeaccessibleoutsidetheconfinementsoftransmittingequipmentoratgreatdistancefromtheopticalsource.ThisPart2requirestheassessmentofhazardlevelsataccessiblelocationsasareplacementforclassificationaccordingtoIEC60825-1.Itappliestothecompleteinstalledend-to-endOFCS,includingitscomponentsandsubassembliesthatgenerateoramplifyopticalradiation.IndividualcomponentsandsubassembliesthataresoldonlytoOEMvendorsforincorporationintoacompleteinstalledend-to-endOFCSneednotbeassessedtothisstandard,sincethefinalOFCSshoulditselfbeassessedaccordingtothisstandard.NOTE1Theabovestatementisnotintendedtopreventmanufacturersofsuchcomponentsandsubassembliesfromusingthisstandardiftheywishtodoso,orarerequiredtodosobycontract.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoopticalfibresystemsprimarilydesignedtotransmitopticalpowerforapplicationssuchasmaterialprocessingormedicaltreatment.Inadditiontothehazardsresultingfromlaserradiation,OFCSmayalsogiverisetootherhazards,suchasfire.ThisstandarddoesnotaddresssafetyissuesassociatedwithexplosionorfirewithrespecttoOFCSdeployedinexplosiveatmospheres.ThroughoutthispartofIEC60825,areferenceto‘laser’istakentoincludelight-emittingdiodes(LEDs)andopticalamplifiers.NOTE2Theopticalhazardoflightemergingfromafibreisdeterminedbythewavelengthandpoweremergingfromthefibreandtheopticalcharacteristicsofthefibre.(SeeAnnexA.).TheobjectiveofthisPart2ofIEC60825isto:–protectpeoplefromopticalradiationresultingfromOFCS;–providerequirementsformanufacturers,installationorganizations,serviceorganizationsandoperatingorganizationsinordertoestablishproceduresandsupplyinformationsothatproperprecautionscanbeadopted;–ensureadequatewarningsareprovidedtoindividualsregardingthepotentialhazardsassociatedwithOFCSthroughtheuseofsigns,labelsandinstructions.AnnexAgivesamoredetailedrationaleforthispartofIEC60825.ThesafetyofanOFCSdependstoasignificantdegreeonthecharacteristicsoftheequipmentformingthatsystem.Dependingonthecharacteristicsoftheequipment,itmaybenecessarytomarksafetyrelevantinformationontheproductorincludeitwithintheinstructionsforuse.Whererequiredbythelevelofpotentialhazard,itplacestheresponsibilityforthesafedeploymentanduseofthesesystemsontheinstallerorend-user/operatingorganizationorboth.Thisstandardplacestheresponsibilityforadherencetosafetyinstructionsduringinstallationandserviceoperationsontheinstallationorganizationandserviceorganizationsasappropriate,andoperationandmaintenancefunctionsontheend-userorOperatingorganization.Itisrecognisedthattheuserofthisstandardmayfallintooneormoreoftheaforementionedcategoriesofmanufacturer,installationorganization,end-useroroperatingorganization.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheequipmentandproceduresfordeterminingtheshort-termwaterabsorptionofpreformedpipeinsulationbypartialimmersioninwater.Itisapplicabletothermalinsulatingproducts.NOTEItisintendedtosimulatethewaterabsorptioncausedbyexposuretorainfor24hduringproductinstallation.Ifthepipeinsulationiscutfromaflatproduct,thentheshort-termwaterabsorptionbypartialimmersioncanbeobtainedfromtestscarriedoutontheflatproductwithsimilarpropertiesinaccordancewithEN1609,providedthatthetestiscarriedoutinthedirectiongivingthehighestwateruptake.ThisInternationalStandardhasbeenpreparedforproductsusedtoinsulatebuildingequipmentandindustrialinstallations,butitmayalsobeappliedtoproductsusedinotherareas.NoexistingInternationalStandardssupersedethisone.
