【摘要】:ThispartofISO15526specifiesthemethodsofpreparationoftestspecimensandthetestmethodstobeusedindeterminingthepropertiesofpolyketonemouldingandextrusionmaterials.Requirementsforhandlingtestmaterialandforconditioningboththetestmaterialbeforemouldingandthespecimensbeforetestingaregivenhere.Proceduresandconditionsforthepreparationoftestspecimensandproceduresformeasuringpropertiesofthematerialsfromwhichthesespecimensaremadearegiven.Propertiesandtestmethodswhicharesuitableandnecessarytocharacterizepolyketonemouldingandextrusionmaterialsarelisted.Thepropertieshavebeenselectedfromthegeneraltestmethodsin,ISO10350:1993.OthertestmethodsinwideusefororofparticularsignificancetothesemouldingandextrusionmaterialsarealsoincludedinthispartofISO15526,asarethedesignatorypropertiesspecifiedinpart1.Inordertoobtainreproducibleandcomparabletestresults,itisnecessarytousethemethodsofpreparationandconditioning,thespecimendimensionsandthetestproceduresspecifiedherein.Valuesdeterminedwillnotneces-sarilybeidenticaltothoseobtainedusingspecimensofdifferentdimensionsorpreparedusingdifferentprocedures.
