【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiessafetyandhygienerequirementsforthedesignandmanufactureofintermediateproverswithmovingpocketcarriers!asdescribedinClause3"usedinthefoodindustry,pastry-making,bakeries,etc.forgivingarestingtimetodoughbetweendividingandmouldingprocesses.!ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttotheinstallation,adjustment,operation,cleaning,maintenance,dismantling,disablingandscrappingofintermediateproverswithmovingpocketcarrierswhentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4)."Thesignificanthazardscoveredbythestandardaremechanical(shearing,trapping,cutting,lossofstability),electrical,ergonomicandalsothoseresultingfrominhalationofflourdustandlackofhygiene.Noiseisnotconsideredtobeasignificanthazardfromintermediateprovers.Thisdoesnotmeanthatthemanufacturerofthemachineisabsolvedfromreducingnoiseandmakinganoisedeclaration.ThereforeanoisetestcodeisproposedinAnnexB.!deletedtext"Thefollowingmachinesareexcluded:?rackprovers;?experimentalandtestingmachinesunderdevelopmentbythemanufacturer.!ThisstandardisnotapplicabletointermediateproverswithmovingpocketcarrierswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN."
