【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesamethodologyforthedeterminationoftheleachingbehaviourofawasteunderspecifiedconditions(i.e.foraspecifiedscenarioincludingaspecifiedtimeframe)inordertoprovideasolutiontoadefinedproblem.Thisappliestodisposalandutilisationscenarios.Theexternalconditionswhichhaveadirectinfluenceonthereleaseofconstituentsfromawasteareconsidered.Migrationofconstituentsleachedfromthedisposalortheutilisationsiteintothesurroundingenvironmentisnotconsidered.Alsotheassessmentoftoxicitytohumansorecologicalimpactsonfloraandfaunaasasecondaryeffectafterreleaseofconstituentsfromthewasteisnotconsidered.Presentknowledgeofhighlycomplexscenariosandwastesmaylimittheabilitytoprovideaclearsolutiontoadefinedproblem.Anexamplemaybethelandfillingofcomplexmixturesofwastes.
